Cloud Solution Architect - MS Exchange

This role is based in Germany, with a flexible work approach recommending at least two days per week in the office.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to drive AI transformation and create business value through actionable solutions.
• Lead architectural design and engage with decision-makers to ensure customer success with SharePoint & Viva.
• Identify growth opportunities and develop tailored solutions in collaboration with technical and sales teams.
• Engage in communities to share expertise and contribute to IP creation.
• Proactively share customer insights to inform internal strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Exchange Server and Exchange Online solutions.
• Strong customer-facing skills and ability to lead technical discussions.
• Experience with hybrid Exchange deployments and mailbox migrations.
