Cloud Solution Architect - Microsoft Teams

This role is based in Germany with a requirement of 2 days per week in-office.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with business and technical decision makers to drive intent and usage of Teams and Teams Phone.
• Drive customer satisfaction and become a trusted advisor by leveraging Microsoft 365 expertise.
• Provide technical implementation guidance to ensure active usage of solutions.
• Act as the voice of the customer internally, capturing feedback and aligning resources.
• Continuously develop technical skills to meet customer success goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, and telecommunications technologies.
