Cloud Solution Architect - Infrastructure

This role is based in London, UK.

Responsibilities:

• Drive customer satisfaction and become a trusted advisor.
• Provide insights and feedback from customers and partners.
• Develop opportunities to drive customer success business results.
• Identify resolutions to customer blockers using subject matter expertise.
• Guide customer journeys to the cloud and innovate with AI.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies and IT consulting.
• Technical certification in cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS).
• Experience in cloud infrastructure and technology solutions.
• Proven track record in building relationships and solving technical problems.

Work Environment:

2 days per week in-office with 25-50% travel required.
