This position is based in Germany, with multiple locations available.
Responsibilities:
- Understand customers’ overall Business and IT priorities for AI and cloud migration.
- Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback and driving solution delivery.
- Support customer skilling and deliver technical discussions and workshops.
- Develop opportunities to drive Customer Success business results.
- Anticipate and resolve technical blockers in customer relationships.
- Stay current with Azure, AI, and cloud application patterns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Expertise in cloud technologies and customer-facing roles.
- Technical certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
- Experience in development using .NET, Java, JavaScript/Node.js, or Python.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong influencing skills.
