This position is based in Germany, with a requirement of 2 days per week in-office and potential travel of 25-50%.
Responsibilities:
- Understand customers’ business and IT priorities for AI and cloud migration.
- Act as the voice of the customer to drive feedback into engineering.
- Support customer skilling and deliver technical discussions and workshops.
- Develop opportunities to drive Customer Success business results.
- Anticipate and resolve technical blockers in customer/partner relationships.
- Stay current with Azure, AI, and GitHub capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Extensive experience in a customer-facing role.
- Technical certifications in cloud technologies.
- Deep experience in enterprise-level cloud infrastructures and DevOps principles.
- Strong influencing skills and leadership abilities.
