Cloud Solution Architect - Endpoint

This role is based in London, UK.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to drive business value through AI transformation.
• Lead architectural design and engage with decision makers to ensure customer success with Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Intune.
• Identify growth opportunities and develop tailored solutions.
• Share expertise and contribute to IP creation to accelerate customer AI transformation.
• Maintain technical readiness aligned to Customer Success Unit priorities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies and IT consulting/architecture.
• Ability to convey business value and build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of foundational AI and change management in enterprise environments.
