Cloud Solution Architect - Data

This role is based in Seoul, Korea, with a flexible work arrangement allowing up to 50% remote work.

Responsibilities:

- Understand customers’ business and IT priorities for platform engineering and AI adoption.

- Act as the voice of the customer, driving feedback into engineering and ensuring long-term technical viability of deployments.

- Support customer skilling through technical discussions and workshops.

- Develop opportunities to drive customer success and identify resolutions to technical blockers.

- Stay current with Azure, AI, and GitHub capabilities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 15+ years of experience in cloud/development technologies.

- Fluent in Korean and proficient in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Technical certifications in Cloud technologies and experience in AI solutions and cloud-native app development.
