This role is based in Toronto, Ontario with remote work options available.

Compensation:

CAD $96,000 - CAD $177,600 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver proactive & reactive support, including onsite presence as needed.
  • Strengthen customer relationships and develop cloud-first strategies.
  • Identify and manage goals across the Azure ecosystem to enhance solution health.
  • Analyze and resolve performance issues in collaboration with support teams.
  • Engage with customers to articulate service offerings and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 4+ years of experience in cloud technologies.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles and technical project management.
  • Technical certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS).
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in enterprise-scale architectures.

Tech stack:

Azure, Azure Cognitive Services, DevOps processes, PowerShell, C#, .NET, Java, Python.
