This role is based in Germany, with a requirement of 2 days per week in-office.
Responsibilities:
- Guide customers in utilizing Apps (e.g., AKS, APIM) and AI services (e.g., Foundry, Document Intelligence).
- Focus on customer experience through efficient delivery and performance optimization.
- Identify industry trends and competitive solutions to drive customer conversations.
- Generate new ideas for improvements to existing technologies and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and several years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies.
- Significant experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and other relevant technologies.
- Experience in customer-facing roles and technical project management.
- Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS).
