Cloud Solution Architect - Azure Infrastructure

Overview:

Be the force that ignites transformation for our Enterprise customers as a Senior Cloud Solution Architect in the cross-functional Cloud+AI Customer Success team. In this pivotal role, you’ll champion the adoption of Azure and AI, guiding organizations to breakthrough outcomes and lasting impact.

Responsibilities:

• Understand customers’ overall Business and IT priorities and success measures for AI & Infrastructure foundation.
• Act as the voice of the customer by driving new feedback into engineering and help accelerate solution delivery through Architectural Reviews.
• Support customer skilling by making recommendations, designing architectures, and delivering technical discussions.
• Drive customer/partner relationships to resolve technical blockers and identify growth opportunities.
• Share insights and strategic technical input with technical teams and participate in external technical community events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Several years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies and customer-facing roles.
• Deep experience in enterprise-level cloud and hybrid infrastructures.

Work Environment:

3 days/week in-office, with travel required 25-50%.
