Compensation:

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $85,100 - $169,800 per year. For specific locations like San Francisco and New York City, the range is USD $112,000 - $185,300 per year.

Responsibilities:

Drive positive customer satisfaction and become a trusted advisor by leveraging AI fundamentals and Copilot for M365. Engage with decision-makers to enable usage of Copilot and develop customer-specific roadmaps.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 2+ years of experience in cloud technologies or equivalent experience.
• Deep familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 services.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and technical projects.
