Cloud & AI Solution Engineer Manager

This role is based in United States, Georgia, Atlanta with remote work options available.

Compensation:

USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop a high-performing team of Solution Engineers.
• Drive technical solutioning and influence customer decisions.
• Facilitate customer engagements and streamline processes for technical wins.
• Coach team to grow partner networks and promote Microsoft solutions.
• Oversee solution design and guide customers through digital transformation.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 4+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in technical pre-sales or consulting.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
