Business Program Manager

This position is based in Redmond, Washington, with a hybrid work model of 3 days in-office.

Compensation:

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with program teams to execute efficiency priorities and build change adoption strategies.
• Engage with stakeholders to define and execute communication plans for change management.
• Manage project deliverables, timelines, and budgets for complex programs.
• Enhance employee change adoption experiences and uphold organizational culture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years of experience in program management.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and project management tools.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear actions.
