The Business Program Manager - AI Analytics role is a strategic function that bridges business goals with execution, focusing on Analytics and AI.

Responsibilities:

  • Support, manage and scale analytics and reporting to drive decision making.
  • Develop benchmarking tools that integrate with AI tooling.
  • Lead quarterly insights reporting.
  • Drive AI-first solutions adoption across the organization.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of essential tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years experience in program management.
  • 7+ years of leadership experience in systems and program management preferred.
