Overview
As an MBA intern on the Surface Business Team, you will work on high-impact projects that span multiple parts of the business. You will lead a strategic project that tackles a real business challenge, collaborate cross-functionally, generate insights that inform leadership decisions, and recommend actions that drive measurable outcomes.

- Lead a strategic project to solve a high-impact business problem for the Surface Business, from problem definition to delivering recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, finance, etc.) to develop and implement solutions.
- Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and portfolio prioritization to inform decision-making.
- Develop and present recommendations to leadership that drive growth, efficiency, or customer/partner value.
Required or Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing an MBA with a focus in Strategy, Marketing, Operations, or Technology.
- Strong analytical, communication skills, and storytelling skills.
- Passion for hardware, software, and AI-driven experiences.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
