Business Operations Program Manager- Global Growth & Revenue Optimization (GGRO)

This role is based in Redmond, Washington, with a requirement of 3 days per week in-office.

Compensation:

USD $76,800 - $151,900 per year

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end execution of pricing actions across Azure infrastructure.
• Drive the operational lifecycle for new product launches and regional expansions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Track operational performance metrics and communicate status to leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in pricing, monetization, or revenue operations.
• Proficiency in data tools such as SQL and Excel for analysis and reporting.
