Business Analyst II

This position is based in Redmond, Washington, requiring 3 days a week in-office attendance.

Compensation:

USD $85,100 - $169,800 per year

Responsibilities:

• Gather business requirements and translate them into analytical frameworks and reporting solutions.
• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support executive review processes by developing insights and data narratives.
• Build and maintain data models and reports using tools like Power BI and Excel.
• Drive data quality and governance practices.
• Create documentation and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in a related field with relevant experience in data analysis.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric ecosystem and Power Platform is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with large-scale distributed systems.
