Azure Advanced Cloud Engineer 2 - Japanese Speaking

This role is based in Sydney, Australia.

Responsibilities:

• Track customer incidents and engage with strategic customers to understand issues.
• Use engineering tools and customer telemetry to detect and flag product issues.
• Serve as a connecting point between the product team and customers throughout the engagement life cycle.
• Conduct root cause analysis and translate findings into opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field with 2+ years of experience in technology industry.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level applications and driving technical resolutions.
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies such as Azure IaaS and PaaS services.

Other Information:

Full-Time position with a requirement to meet Microsoft security screening.
