USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Track customer incidents and engage with strategic customers to resolve complex issues.
• Serve as a connecting point between product teams and customers throughout the engagement life cycle.
• Conduct in-depth root cause analysis and provide proactive guidance on Azure configurations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 2+ years of experience in technology or cloud support.
• Experience with enterprise-level applications and troubleshooting complex issues.
• Hands-on experience with Azure technologies including IaaS, PaaS, and monitoring tools.
