Overview:
Microsoft Teams is reinventing communication and collaboration. The intern will work on developing agents that assist in meetings, utilizing Reinforcement Learning and other techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct experiments, create and validate metrics, and train models for proactive behavior in live meetings.
- Collaborate with CMD Labs researchers and engineers to leverage existing assets and datasets.
- Present results internally and prepare work for publication in leading AI conferences.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a PhD program (or published MSc) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
- Experience with training and fine-tuning LLMs using Reinforcement Learning.
- Practical Python coding experience with frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong analytical, coding, communication, and collaboration skills.
