AI Transformation Change and Adoption Lead

This role is based in London, UK, requiring 3 days a week in-office presence.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a senior change practitioner, translating business strategy into people-centered approaches.
• Lead internal activation efforts and synthesize learnings to inform change recommendations.
• Gather and analyze input from stakeholders to generate actionable insights.
• Define success measures and performance metrics for change initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in driving AI transformation within a technology or consulting environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
