AI Solution Architect

This role is based in Reading, United Kingdom, with remote work options available.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with CxO and technical decision-makers to drive usage of Microsoft AI solutions.
• Develop customer-specific roadmaps to enhance adoption and growth.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, applying expertise in M365 Copilot and Agents.
• Identify and resolve blockers to successful implementation.
• Capture insights from customer engagements to inform product evolution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with experience in cloud technologies.
• Hands-on experience in AI agents development and Copilot Studio.
• Strong understanding of AI solutions including OpenAI and Google.
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
