AI Business Solutions, Global Solution Architect

This position is based in Singapore, Singapore, with a focus on remote work.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with CxO and decision-makers to drive intent and usage of Microsoft AI solutions.
• Provide feedback and insights from customers to relevant Microsoft teams.
• Drive customer satisfaction by leveraging Microsoft’s AI solutions.
• Lead architecture design sessions and address customer questions.
• Identify and resolve issues blocking customer success projects.
• Demonstrate a self-learner mindset aligned with Customer Success goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6+ years of experience in cloud technologies or IT consulting.
• Hands-on experience in AI agents development and Copilot Studio.
• Ability to engage with business and technical decision-makers.
• 8+ years of experience in customer-facing roles and technical projects.
• Technical certification in cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS).
