This position is based in Greater Toronto, Ontario, requiring 2 days per week in-office attendance and involves 25-50% travel.

Compensation:

CAD $96,000 - CAD $177,600 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer satisfaction and act as a trusted advisor leveraging AI fundamentals and Copilot expertise.
  • Provide insights from customers to improve Microsoft products.
  • Engage with decision makers to enhance usage of M365 Copilot.
  • Lead architecture design sessions and address customer inquiries.
  • Identify and resolve issues hindering project success.
  • Demonstrate a self-learner mindset to align skills with team demands.
  • Contribute to community knowledge sharing and IP creation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Preferred: 8+ years of experience or a Master's degree with 6+ years of experience.
  • Technical certification in cloud technologies.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles and technical projects.
