AI Business Solutions Architect (CSA)

This role is based in the United Kingdom with remote work options available.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with CxO and decision-makers to drive usage of Microsoft AI solutions.
• Provide customer insights to improve products and services.
• Ensure positive customer satisfaction and become a trusted advisor.
• Lead architecture design sessions and address customer questions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience in AI agents development and Copilot Studio.
• Ability to engage with business and technical decision-makers.
• Technical certification in Cloud preferred.
