Workforce Planning and Management Program Manager

This role is based in Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of programs for headcount demand forecasting and prioritization.
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards for supply and demand management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support headcount forecasting and supply allocation initiatives.
• Use data to drive organizational design and identify potential risk areas.
• Communicate updates to cross-functional stakeholders and support educational initiatives.
• Drive continuous process improvement and team branding communications.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in operations, capacity planning, or demand management.
• Experience executing complex operational programs involving multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, and others.
• Strong communication skills and ability to document project scope and progress.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
• Experience with large-scale data sets and automation of reporting processes.
• Familiarity with Meta’s internal reporting infrastructure.
