Workforce Planning and Management Program Manager

This role is based in Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of programs for headcount demand forecasting and supply allocation.
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards for Supply Demand Management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support headcount forecasting initiatives.
• Drive key projects for continuous process improvement and stakeholder education.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in operations, capacity planning, or demand management.
• Experience executing complex operational programs involving cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency with analytical tools like Excel, SQL, and others.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
• Experience with large-scale data sets and automation of reporting processes.
