Visual Designer

This role is based in Menlo Park, CA with additional locations available.

Compensation:

$122,000/year to $175,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Lead and innovate illustrations and icon systems for product development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the creation process.
• Establish concepts that reflect product nuances and brand positioning.
• Deliver practical solutions on time while navigating complex partnerships.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in design, focusing on illustration and iconography.
• A visual portfolio demonstrating design in product illustration and systems thinking.
• Proficient with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience working on digital products (apps and/or operating systems).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Android or iOS.
• AI creative work and/or Gen AI prompt engineering.
• Experience designing typography and Lottie animations.
