  • Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and make data-driven decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience recruiting for Meta or other top-tier tech companies.
  • Experience with global recruiting and immigration processes.
  • Familiarity with recruiting automation tools.
