Technical Recruiter

This role is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing plans.
• Coordinate closely with recruiting team members for talent pooling and market mapping.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to meet their hiring needs.
• Manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity.
• Drive offer process including negotiations and closing candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience with sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
• Knowledge of recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems.
• Exceptional communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a tech corporate environment.
• Previous experience working at Meta.
