Compensation:

$168,000/year to $234,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and delivery of audio and sonic technology programs in XRTech.
  • Manage end-to-end programs from research to productization.
  • Drive audio system integration across XR product lines.
  • Manage projects with external suppliers and partners.
  • Evaluate suppliers to meet acoustic and audio component requirements.
  • Break down complex technical programs into clear deliverables.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
  • 10+ years as a technical program manager.
  • Experience with program management methodologies like Agile.
  • Experience leading programs involving audio or sensor systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in audio systems, acoustics, or audio signal processing.
  • Familiarity with AR/VR or consumer electronics.
