Technical Program Manager - Network Infrastructure

Compensation:

$140,000/year to $198,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Engineering and business owners to define program requirements and establish scope.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive technical analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases.
  • Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and changes effectively.
  • Develop and own communication plans to effectively communicate program status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
  • Identify and analyze complex infrastructure problems with engineering leaders and stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of software engineering, systems engineering, or technical product/program management experience.
  • Experience delivering tech programs or products from inception to delivery.
  • Knowledge of user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with technical management teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in network infrastructure engineering or infrastructure technical product/program management.
