Technical Program Manager

This role is based in Menlo Park, CA, with telecommuting options available.

Compensation:

$266,364/year to $308,220/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire product/program lifecycle from analysis to post-implementation.
• Drive internal and external process improvements across teams.
• Prioritize projects based on impact and leverage data for decisions.
• Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making.
• Establish strong working relationships with partners and team members.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a relevant field and 24 months of experience in program management.
• Experience in product or project management and working on infrastructure projects.
• Ability to define scope and translate business requirements into technical needs.
