Technical Program Manager

This role is based in Menlo Park, CA with remote work options available.

Compensation:

$259,357/year to $265,540/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Create processes that enable teams to move quickly and efficiently.
• Lead cross-functionally to define schedules, requirements, and resource plans.
• Work with software engineering to deliver software solutions/features.
• Balance business needs with technical constraints in the Virtual Reality area.
• Communicate program status, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience analyzing business processes and improving them.
• Advanced Excel reporting and data analysis skills.
