Technical Program Manager - Feed and Video Ranking and Recommendations

This role is based in Menlo Park, CA.

Compensation:

$195,000/year to $267,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Lead and align cross-functional program teams to deliver on ML/AI infrastructure goals.
• Partner with engineering, hardware, data center, and research teams to define program requirements.
• Drive technical strategy for onboarding and scaling new AI hardware and distributed ML systems.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies and risks to ensure successful delivery of ML/AI infra programs.
• Establish and track key metrics for ML/AI infrastructure.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in software or hardware engineering, focusing on ML/AI systems.
• Proven experience delivering complex ML/AI technology programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ML/AI infra platforms (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience in technical leadership roles for ML/AI infra programs.
