This role is based in New York, NY.

Compensation:

$199,000/year to $272,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end program management for technical initiatives spanning compute infrastructure, data management, and generative AI projects.
  • Collaborate with researchers to understand requirements and co-design solutions for advanced experiments.
  • Guide technical strategy and process improvements for compute systems and data pipelines.
  • Develop best practices for reliability, scalability, and data quality.
  • Facilitate communication and documentation with stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • B.S. in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering or technical program management.
  • Experience managing technical programs in compute infrastructure or machine learning.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows.
  • Experience with responsible AI practices.
  • Technical background in machine learning or related fields.
