Technical Program Manager, EE - AI Glasses

This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA.
Compensation:
$108,000/year to $164,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Lead multidisciplinary programs through the NPI process for AI Glasses.
- Establish requirements with internal and external customers.
- Manage program schedules, identify risks, and communicate with stakeholders.
- Partner with engineering teams to define, design, and execute hardware.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product design and manufacturing.
- Manage external design resources and contract manufacturers.
- Develop project schedules and communicate program statuses.
- Ensure program documents are complete and current.
- Up to 20% travel may be required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in consumer electronics or silicon industry.
- 3+ years managing technical projects.
- Knowledge of industry standards in USB, HDMI, PCIe, MIPI, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MSEE or equivalent with 3+ years of experience in the field.
