Technical Program Manager, EE - AI Glasses

This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA.

Compensation:

$108,000/year to $164,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead multidisciplinary programs through the NPI process for AI Glasses.
  • Establish requirements with internal and external customers.
  • Manage program schedules, identify risks, and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Partner with engineering teams to define, design, and execute hardware.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product design and manufacturing.
  • Manage external design resources and contract manufacturers.
  • Develop project schedules and communicate program statuses.
  • Ensure program documents are complete and current.
  • Up to 20% travel may be required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in consumer electronics or silicon industry.
  • 3+ years managing technical projects.
  • Knowledge of industry standards in USB, HDMI, PCIe, MIPI, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MSEE or equivalent with 3+ years of experience in the field.
