Technical Program Manager, Displays and Optics

Compensation:

$140,000/year to $198,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of displays and optical components for AR displays and smart glasses.
  • Manage projects with suppliers and partners, ensuring timely deliverables.
  • Evaluate suppliers’ capabilities and establish a robust supply chain strategy.
  • Communicate progress to stakeholders and manage risks effectively.
  • Travel domestically and internationally, 4-6 times a year for supplier visits.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Optics, Physics, Materials Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a technical program manager or in a related role.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in display and optical components, LEDs, and micro-LEDs.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
