Responsibilities:

  • Establish and lead effective program teams to ensure alignment and achieve common objectives.
  • Work closely with engineering, data center, hardware, and business stakeholders to define program requirements.
  • Create and implement communication strategies to share program status, challenges, and risks.
  • Drive successful outcomes by managing cross-functional dependencies and mitigating risks.
  • Collaborate with teams to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of programs.
  • Establish and track key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Anticipate and evaluate complex infrastructure challenges.
  • Drive product strategy to support key company initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years of experience in software/hardware/systems engineering or technical program management.
  • Knowledge of software and hardware development for large-scale systems.
  • Experience delivering complex technology programs from inception to delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of large-scale system readiness.
  • Experience communicating complex technical investments clearly.
