Compensation:

$167,000/year to $230,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and lead effective program teams to ensure alignment and achieve common objectives.
  • Partner closely with engineering and business stakeholders to define program requirements and establish scope.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to share program status and risks.
  • Drive successful outcomes by managing dependencies and mitigating risks.
  • Collaborate with teams to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of programs.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in software/hardware engineering or technical program management.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of software and hardware development processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of large-scale system integration.
  • Experience with data center bring-up and product development processes.
