Technical Program Manager - Camera Image Quality - XR Tech

This role is based in Bellevue, WA with additional locations in Redmond, WA and Burlingame, CA.

Compensation:

$167,000/year to $230,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Define program requirements, deliverables, schedule, and track progress.
• Develop project goals and schedules based on product requirements and business needs.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the program.
• Drive the team to solve complex system-level issues.
• Communicate program level operational requirements across teams.
• Up to 10% travel.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of program management experience.
• Experience with embedded camera software pipeline.
• Experience leading teams from concept to deployment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cross-disciplinary teams of researchers and engineers.
• Background in mobile camera software or embedded software integration.
