Technical Program Manager - AI Research

This role is based in London, UK.

Responsibilities:

• Build effective program teams to deliver on shared goals.
• Collaborate with engineering and business owners to define program requirements and establish scope.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and changes effectively.
• Develop and own communication plans to inform stakeholders about program status and risks.
• Drive technical analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation phases.
• Define and track key metrics and quality indicators.
• Identify and analyze complex infrastructure problems with stakeholders.
• Influence product decisions to align with company initiatives.
• Drive process improvements across teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

• B.S. in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering technical programs or products from inception to delivery.
• Experience operating across multiple teams with demonstrated critical thinking.
• Communication experience with technical management teams.
• Organizational and multi-tasking experience.
• Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems.
• Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with large GPU clusters.
• Experience with scalable storage solutions.
