Technical Program Manager – AI-Generated Media Provenance

Compensation:

$199,000/year to $272,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive the end-to-end AIGM Provenance program across regulatory compliance and AI-generated media detection.
  • Drive cross-organizational alignment across various teams, ensuring shared milestones and accountability.
  • Own technical strategy and execution for provenance infrastructure, including watermark embedding tools and detection APIs.
  • Represent Meta in C2PA industry standards meetings, influencing specification development.
  • Partner with researchers and senior engineers on technical design, identifying risks and translating constraints into product implications.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience defining strategic direction in high-stakes domains.
  • Proven experience leading programs across multiple organizations.
  • Strong understanding of content provenance technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years of experience in software engineering or technical program management.
