Sustainability Program Manager, Responsible Supply Chain

Compensation:

$160,000/year to $232,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Execute responsible supply chain operations including supplier prioritization activities, risk screening, benchmarking.
  • Support execution of responsible minerals sourcing program and supply chain mapping activities.
  • Lead data and survey programs that support labor and human rights compliance activities.
  • Execute technical reviews and process standardization, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage supplier responsibility data pipelines and dashboards.
  • Contribute to program reporting, communications, and training.
  • Engage with sourcing, legal, business units, and other cross-functional teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability, business management, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in responsible supply chain and supply chain responsibility data.
  • Proven analytical experience with advanced formulas and custom software solutions.
  • Familiarity with the Responsible Business Alliance Code of Conduct.
  • Experience in project management and developing management systems.
