Supply Chain Transformation Lead, DC Infrastructure

This role is based in Menlo Park, CA with remote options available.

Compensation:

$171,000/year to $239,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex supply chain programs across functions and stakeholders.
• Develop integrated program plans and success metrics aligned with Meta’s infrastructure growth strategy.
• Manage risks and dependencies across global teams.
• Streamline planning, sourcing, and fulfillment processes using automation.
• Implement scalable solutions to improve delivery velocity.

Minimum Qualifications:

• BS degree in a related engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of experience in program management or supply chain operations.
• Proven track record leading large-scale programs in a global environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MS degree in a related field.
• Experience driving business transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with Meta’s infrastructure stack.
