Strategic Supply Chain Risk and Resilience Lead

This role is critical to ensuring Meta’s global infrastructure supply chain remains robust, agile, and secure in the face of evolving risks and disruptions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain resilience strategies.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize supply chain risks.
  • Partner with various teams to embed resilience and risk management into infrastructure projects.
  • Assess and monitor supplier risk profiles and resilience capabilities.
  • Leverage analytics to forecast potential supply chain disruptions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain management or related roles.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing supply chain resilience strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with supplier risk assessment and business continuity planning.

Compensation:

$179,000 to $249,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits.
