This role is remote, available across multiple locations in the US.

Compensation:

$184,000/year to $257,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical innovation.
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Foster an environment of continuous learning, growth, and improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience or PhD + 4 years, including hands-on technical management.
  • Experience in recruiting, building, structuring, and leading technical organizations.
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years of experience managing a team of engineers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on technical manager with experience in building web-based software solutions and API design.
