Responsibilities:
- Grow a team of ML experts within the Wearables AI team.
- Develop technical vision and long-term strategy for the team.
- Drive execution of developing models and systems for user experience.
- Collaborate with product and peer teams on cross-functional projects.
- Stay updated on software development activities and assist with technical challenges.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in large language models, NLP, and speech processing.
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting and leading technical organizations.
- 2+ years of experience in building and supporting teams.
- Experience in developing large-scale AI systems.
- Cross-functional collaboration experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PhD in deep learning, AI, or related field.
- Knowledge of ML frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Experience with LLM frameworks.
- Experience in speech dialog and conversational AI systems.
