Software Engineering Manager, Infrastructure

This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA with additional locations available.

Compensation:

$184,000/year to $257,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality products and solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical innovation
• Develop and implement technical strategies to achieve business objectives
• Foster an environment of continuous learning, growth, and improvement

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8+ years of software engineering experience or PhD + 4 years, including hands-on technical management
• Experience recruiting, building, structuring, and leading technical organizations
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Experience supporting and developing software engineers
• 2+ years managing a team of engineers

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on technical management experience with large scale distributed systems
