Software Engineering Manager - Ads Quality

This role is based in Zurich, Switzerland or London, UK.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of generalist and ML software engineers.
• Set clear expectations and create a work environment based on accountability.
• Mentor and support engineers' growth and success.
• Champion engineering and operational efficiency.
• Work effectively with cross-functional roles to define and execute product strategy.
• Partner with leadership to influence organization design and prioritization.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven track record of supporting engineering teams.
• Experience in partnering with product managers and delivering user-centric solutions.
• Problem-solving skills and background in coding.
• Practical experience with AI/Machine Learning technologies in production environments.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Ads.
• Experience in auction theory, causal learning, or user behavior modeling.
• Experience in state-of-the-art ML technologies.
